In the event that my husband, W. E. NEVLING, JR., my sons,
WILLIA?`~ EDWARD NEVLING, III and JOHN THOMAS NEVLING, and I should

epidemic or other calamity, I direct my corporate Trustee, the
~ Broward National Bank, to pay the income from said trust, in equal ~
shares, to the following:
(1) My sister-in-law, ELLA LOCHRIE.
(2) The then living issue of my sister, MARY JANE FEE.• .
(3) My nephew, WII.LIAM BOOZ, and my niece, .
CATHY BOOZ GIBBS. ~
(4) My niece, MATILDA QUINN.
(5) My friend, MARY ELIZABETH THRIFT, as a free
- dealer. . ~
, Upon the death of my sister-in-law, ELLA IACHRIE, then,
and in that event, I direct my Trustee to divide the prineipal of
the trust equally among the following: .
. (1)~ The then living issue of my sister, MARY JANE FEE.
(2) My nephew, WILLIAM BOOZ,~ and my niece,
CATHY B002 GIBBS.
(3) My niece, MATILDA QUINN.
(4) My friend, MARY ELIZABETH THRIFT, as a free
dealer.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, WILLIAM
EDWARD NEVLING III, as Executor under my Will. I expressly confer
: upon him fu21 suthority and power to sell and convey any part or
~ a21 of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice,
as he may deem best, wi.thout any order of Court. I authorize him
to make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to
hold the proceeds of any sale to the same uses as hereinbefore
declared in the.several items of this, my Last Will and Testament.
I further hereby expressly confer upon him the authority and power ~
to borrow money for the use~of my estate in any instance where he
may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the same by
mortgage, trust, deed, or other form of security to or upon any
