part of my estate; this he may do without the order of any Court. ~
If my son, WILLIAM EDWARD NEVLING III, does not survive
me or if he fails to qualify, I appoint Broward National Bank, Fort ~
Lauderdale, Florida, as Executor of this, my Last Will and Te~tament.
I direct that neither shall be required to post bond or other
security for the faithful performance of his duties.

I hereby appoint my son, WILLIAM EDWARD NEVLING III and~
the Broward National Bank, or its successor, to be,trustees under
this Will, and I direct that neither of them shall be required to ~
furnish .any bond or other security for the faithful performance of ,
their'duties hereunder.
In the investment, administration, and distribution of my
estate a~nd of the Trust hereby created and of the.several shares
thereof (except where otherwise restricted), the Executor and the
Trustees may perform every act in the management of my estate or of
the Trust which individuals may perforan in the management of like . .
property owned by them free of any trust, without authorization of

any Court, even though any such act would not be authorized or

~ appropriate for f iduciaries (but for this power) under any statutory
or other rule of law, including in this grant power, to acquire by
purchase or otherwise and to retain, temporarily or perananently, any
and all kinds of rea~ty and personalty, even common stocks.and un-
secured obligations without diversif ication as to kind or amount; to
sell or otherwise dispose of any such property, publicly or privately;
wholly or partly on credit; to delegate discretion; and to distribute
in kind or in money, or partly in each, even if shares be composed
differently. .
