THIS INDENTURE Made this Srd day of April , 1969,
between ARCH WINGFIELD, JR. , also known as A. S. WINGFIELD, JR, ,
a single adult, of the County of Indian River and State of Florida, and
A. S. WINGFIELD, SR, and FRANCES T. WINGFIELD, his wife, of the
County of Polk and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and
WINGFIELD, INC. , a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, party of the second part, whose mailing address
is 743 Hillside Avenue, Lake Wales, Florida 33853, in the County of
Polk and State of Florida.
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns
forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in the
