Lucie County, Florida; EXCEPTIIJG THEREFROM all
rights of way for roads and drainage canals; and SUBJECT
TO all easements, restrictions, reservations, dedications
and rights ~f way of record,
And the said parties of the first part hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever, except that this comieyance is subject to cur-
rent taxes .
