plaintiff in that certain cause numbered 67-269 in the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie
Countq, Flor~da, 1 atel y pending wherein ERNEST BINGGELLI and VERN
_ ANDRF~WS are defendants, and wherein default and final judgment
was entered on behalf of the plaintiff against defendant ERNEST
BINGGELLI, dated the 19th day of June, 1967, and was recorded in
~ Circuit Court Minute Book 40, page 441, of the public records of
- St. Lucie County, Florida,
AND WHBREAS but for an erroneous description, the premises herein-
; after described, would have been sold and thereby released from
~ the lien of the said final judgment,

the premises hhreinafter described from the lien of said final
judgment,
