CANCELLATION OF POWER OF AT'rORNEY
WHE~REAS, C. J. CRIST and IRENE CRIST, did on the 12th daq of
April, A. D. 1965, execute a"Pow~er of Attorney" wherein they did
aaake, constitute and appaint ~ne David L. McCain their Attorney-in-
fact, and
WHEREAS, the saic: C. J. CRIST, did on the 21st day uf November
A. D. 1967, depart this life leaving the said IRENE GRIST, his wife
and widow.
NOW, 1~~ RE, BE IT KNOWN, that the said IRENE CRIST, as the
aurviving wife and widow of C. J. CRIST, deceased, does hereby can-
cel, annull and revoke the aforesaid Power of Attorney as the same
appears in Official Record Book 115, at page 356, of the Public

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
