FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promi~e to pay to
the order of SAM SAIiDLSR and SYLVIA, SAAIDI~SIt. hie ~?ife ,

or at such other place as the Holder hereof may direct in writing the principal
sum of 0/100 DOLLARS

at the rate of Ten per cent per annum until maturity. The said
indebtedness shall be paid as follows (all payments to be appZied first to
accrued interest and then to principal):

Each maker and endorser jointly and severaZly w8ive Demand, Presentment,
Protest, Notice_and aIl requirements necessarq to hold each of them liable
as makers and endorsers; and 3ointly and severally agree to pay all costs
of collection, including a reasonab2e attorney's fee in case of a default
and co2lection in whole or in part by an attorney at law, whether suit be ~
brought or not. This Note and..deferred interest paqments shall bear interest ~
ar the rate of Tea per cent per annum from maturity until paid.
This Note is secured by a FiYSt _,Mortgage of even date herewith
and is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of
Florida; upon default in the payment of principal or interest when due,•the
whole sum of principel and interest remaining unpaid shall become imaediately
due and payable as if originally stipulated to be paid at such time. Failure
of the Aolder so to proceed or failure of the Holder so ~o proceed promptly,
shall not constitute a waiver of the rigt~t to proceed hereunder either for
the original default or for anq subsequent default.
