THIS BILL OF SALE AND ASSIGNMENT, made thia 23rd day of
March, 1967, by and between Roy Phillips and Ona Phillips, hu~band
and wife, parties of the first part, and 8azel P'hillips, party
of the second part:
WHEREAS, the parties of the first part have heretofore
sold for the sum of Eight T'housand Dollars ($8,000.00~ that certain
residence and furnishinga therein, in the state of Florida to one
Peavy; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said sale the buyer thereof
is paying to the parties of the first part deferred purchase
money in the amount of Seventy-Five 8undred Dollars ($7500.00),
together vi-th inte=est at the rate of 6.2596 per annum, in monthly
payments of Fifty-Nine Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($59.78);

WHEREAS, the parties of the first part are desirous of
transferring and assigning to the party of the second part, their

i daughter,~the right to receive the aforementioned deferred
~ purchase money in the future, together with all right, title and

interest in and to any promiasory note evidencing said deferred
purchase money and any deeds of trust or mortgages securing the
same.
IiOW, THEREFORE, THIS BILL OF SALE AND ASSIGNMENT WITNESSETS:
That for and in coneideration of the swn of One Dol~ar
($1.00), cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknawledged,
and the love and affection which the partiea of the first part hold
~ for the party of the second part, their daughter, the parties
of the firet part do hereby tranafer, sell and assign to the ~
party of the second part all of their right, title and interest
to receive deferred purchaee money fran one Peavy in connection
with the eale of the aforementioned reaidence and furniehinqa
therein, together with all of their right, title and intereat in
purchase f
