LUCI$ COUN'.t"Y BANK, a banking corporation, exiating under the laws of the State of Florida, the owner and holder of a certain nartgaqe deed, executed by DOUGLAS E. MULLINS, joined by his wife, EDITH G. MULLINS, to ST. LIICIE CQiJI~Y BANK, bearing date the 18th day of April, 1969, recorded in Official Record Book 176, paqe 2646 of the public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgaqe contained an erroneous legal description of property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, which was not owned by DOIIGLAS E. MULLINS and wife, de- scribed as follows: The East 709.65 feet of the West 734.65 feet of the North 482.5 feet of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 $ast, St. Lucie County, Florida; Less and excepting the r~.ght of way for Orange Avenue, and subject to an easement for ingress and egress from Orange Avenue Southward along an existinq private road granted Southern Transmission Corp. in an instrument recorded in Deed Book 257, page 414 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further subject to an easement granted Florida Cablevision, Corp, dated September 21, 1960, consisting of a 3-foot wide easement extending from Orange Avenue southward alonq the East side of an ~ existing private road, including ~he right to in- ~ ~ stall and maintain an underground cable or duct s ~ in said easement. Said easement being recorded in ~ Deed Book 264, page 179, of the public records of ~ ~ St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County to cancel the said mortqage of record. It being specifically understood that the promisaory note which the aforementioned mortgage secures is still in full force and effect and no payment haB been made by DOUGLAS E.
