Florida;
Less and excepting the right-of-way for Orange Avenue,
and subject to an easement for ingress and egresa
from Orange Avenue Southward along an existing
private road granted Southern Transmission Corp.

414 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and further subject to an easement granted
