RELEASE AND SATISFA~TION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", ,
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 19b8, and recorded in ?
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sun~ of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars, #
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has reqiaes ted the said"
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. -
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portioa of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more .
particularly described as follows:

descriptiori of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the inortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or di.uainish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of=
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
