RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MBN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~e "iaortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Aundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHER$AS, the said mortgaqor has req~s~ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THSREFORE, The said mortqagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate a~d discharge from the lien and operation of said ,
mortqaqe unto the sai3 mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that -
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows:

a~,,,,~ ~ appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaining part s
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.

instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 21st day of
March , 1969.
