RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MSN BY THTS$ ?RESENTS:
WfiEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. I.ucie, inc. , a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in , ,
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County '
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
.2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
ita assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the swa of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as thereir. mentioned. ~
AND WHSRSAS, the said mortqaqor has reque~ ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. '
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of ~
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in ~
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit- w
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the-lien and operation of said .
mortqage unto the satid mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more ~

unto the mortqagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed, ~
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said martqaqe, - j
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq } i
herein contained shall in aaywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part ~ ~
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ;
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
