United States of America, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee, the following ~eal estate in the County
of St. _Lucie in the State of Florida, to wit:
Beginning at a point 7 chains South a~d 9.62 chains East of the
Northwest corner of the SW~ of the NW~ of Section 21 in Township
34 South of Range 40 East on the East side of the right of way
of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence running East 5.25 chains,
thence North 20 degrees 40 minutes West parallel with the railway
28.85 chains to the No~th boundary of Section 21, thence West 5.25
chains to Section corner, thence along the right of way of the Florida
East Coast Railway South 20 degrees 40 minutes East to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPT that part lying South of the center line of a road on the
South end of above described land, now known as the Torpey Road, also; ~
EXCEPT that certain tract of land deeded by Rufus Fox and wife, to
Samuel 0. Shwnaker, as shown in Deed Book 205, page 3U4, records of
St. Lucie County, Florida

Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenantea ndMt of hereafter erected there-
