BEFORE N+~, the undersigned authority~ personally appeared
IDA MAB BLLISON, who, upon being first duly sworn did depose and say
that she, as owner, did cause a notice of commencement to be filed
in Official Record Book 176, at page 2970 of the public records of
St. I.ucie County, Florida, to the effect that impsovements would be
commenced within thirty (30) days afler date thereof on the follow-
ing described property:

plat thereof on file in Plat Book 14, Page ~
1 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

Affiant further says that the proposed improvements will be
erected upon another lot and this affidavit is made for the purpose
