one and the same as W. C. CROWELL, Jft. , whose name appears on the

the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and further that he is one and
the same as WALTER C. CROWELL who appears as one of the grantors in a
fee simple deed recorded in Official Record Book 102 at pages 481 and 482 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
