RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of May, A. D. , 1969, between
NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a special taxing district
organized under the Drainage Laws of the State of Florida, party of the first
part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FLORIDA, party of the second
part,
WITNESSETIi: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar (~1. 00) and other valuable considerations
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors,
and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows,
to wit:
