ROGER ~OITRAS ~ CIERK CIRCUIT COUR1'r ~ COMES NOW the undersigned, who is a Stated Clerk for the Presbytery of $ast Florida, Synod of Florida, which the First Presby- terian Church, a corporation not for profit, in Fort Pierce, Florida, is a member, and says: That on page 261 of the minutes of the Presbytery of East Florida of the United Presbyterian Churefi_in the Unit~d States of America, dated September 28, 1968, said minutes reflect that the First Presby- terian Church, a corporation not for profit, in Fort Pierce, Florida, was granted permission by the Presbytery to sell the following de- scribed property: The N~ of the NE~ of the SW~ of the SE'~ of Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; EXCEPTING, therefrom the following parts thereof, the North 30 feet; the East 30 feet; the South 30 feet; and the West 30 feet; The said lands hereby excepted having been heretofore conveyed to the City of Fort Pierce for Street purposes. i Z~e S~ of the NE~ of the SW'~ of the SE~, of Section 8, ~own- ship 35 South, Range 40 $ast; EXCEPTING, therefrom, the following parts thereof, the North 30 feet; the East 30 feet; the South 30 feet; the West 30 feet.
