East, along the west line of Fernandina Avenue, 57.09 feet; thence continuing along the west line of Fernandina Avenue extended, run South 10 deg.- 42 min. $ast, 147.55 feet; thence West, parallel to the south line of aforesaid Lot 1, Block 12, R$VISED MAP FORT PIERCE BEACIi, 214 feet, more or less, to the easterly shore of Faber Cove; thence, meandering the easterly shore of Faber Cove, run North- westerly to the poi.nt of intersection of the South line of a- foresaid Lot 1, Block 12, REVISBD MAP FORT PIERCE BSACB, and the easterly shore of Faber Cove; thence East, along the South line of aforesaid Lot 1, Block 12, REVISED MAP FORT PI$RC$ BEACH, 206 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning, the same ~ being a part of Government Lot 2, Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying between Fernandina Avenue and Faber Cove, together with all land between the North and South lines of above described property extended to the West which lies between the Easterly shore of Faber Cove, as hereinabove described, and _ the West line of the bulkhead now located westerly of and ad- jacent to above described property; including riparian rights.
