COMES NOW the Petitioner, WILLIAM EDWARD NEVLING III,
by and through his undersigned attorneys, and respectfully,

petitions the Co~rt for an Order authorizing the sale of the `
following described real property:
The E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, St. Lucie County, Florida, consist-
ing of approximately 17.8 acres. ,
And for reason therefor shows:
; 1, That Agnes Lochrie Nevling died testate on the

; 4th day of Becember, 1966, leaving a Last Will and Testament

E dated February 11, 1964, in which your Petitioner was named
Executor.
2. That on December 14, 1966,.the said Will was F

our Petitioner on that date qualified ~
admitted to P~obate, and y

as Executor-thereof.

3. That the aforesaid decedent's Will contained a

power of sale. f
` 4. That the aforedescribed real property is vacant ;

roduces no income, and neither the heirs i
~ and unproductive, p

~ nor the Trustees wish to retain the property as an asset so

that sale thereof is necessary and expedient to the distribution
of the decedent's estate.
