5. That LARRY L. McIVER of Fort Pierce, Florida,
~ desires to purchase said real properi.y for a sales price of
$34,000.00, the terms of which will be 29~ or $9,860.00 to be
paid at closing and the balance of $24,140.00 to be represented
by a purchase money note and mortgage bearing interest at
the rate of 6 3/4 per cent per annum payable in five success-
ive equal annual installments of $4,828.00 each, plus interest,
the first of which shall be due one year after closing.
6. That the heirs of this estate indicated their
approval of this sale by executing the Consent and Approval
of Sale hereinafter appearing.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that this Courr -
enter an order approving the aforesaid sale. ~
