8. It is hereby ag~ceed betWeen the parties that, upon the termination of its
occupancy, the Gov~ernment shall have no obligation to restore and~or
rehabilitate, either ~holly or p~rtially, the property which is the sub~ect
matter of this Lease. It is f~rther agreed that the Government may abandon
in place any or all of the structures and equipment installed in or located
upon said property by the Gov~ernment during its tenure. Notice of abandon- $
ment ~ill be conveyed to the Lessor in ~riting.
9. OpyENANT AGAIl~T OON~IGENT F~S. The Lessor Warrants that no person or ~
selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this ~
lease upon an agreement or unclerstancling for a commission, brokerag~e, ~
percentage, or contingent fee, excepting bonaf5.c7,e employees or bonafide ~
established commercial or selling agencies maintained by the I,essor for '
the purpose of securing business. For breach or violation of this warranty
the Goverrunent shall have the right to annul this lease Without liability '
or in its disc~etion to deduct from the contract price or consicleration, the
full amount of such co~aaission, brokerage, percentage, or contingent fee. ~
I 10. The owner Warrants there are no outstanding mortgages, liens or other ~
; enciunbrances on the d,emi sed property except as follows : ~

11. The Government shall have the right of ingress and egress over the existing
Cox Creek Ranch Road and a 30-foot road right-of-~ay from Cow Creek Ranch
~ Road to the leased premises. Said 30-foot right-of-Way shall enter at the :
approximate center of the leased premises. €
