to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1999, by and between North Beach Water Company.
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, P~ge 996, and ;

re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official
records of St. Lucie County~ Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perf orm other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as follows:
Lot 17, Block 5 Coral Cove Beach, section one, a Svbdivision
