111, page 370, St. Lucie Countp, Florida and conveyed by
Anzac of Florida, Znc. to Charlea Passantino, under warranty
deed dated February 18, 1965, reeorcled in Official Record Book
111, page 375, St. Lucie County, Florida. Continuously since ;
the acquisition of said laxd s, as stated above, to the present F
time, affiant has been the duly elected and actiYtg President of i
Anzac of Florida, Inc., which is and at all times pertinent has ~
been a corporation duly organized and existing and in good stand-
ing under the laws of the State of Florida. The conveyance by
Anzac of Florida, Inc.to Ch~.rles Passantino, asstated above, was
fully authorized and approved by the directora of Anzac of Florida,
Inc., which authorization and approval is fully and properly
reflected in the minutes and records of the corporation.
