LYLE C. WILSON, Deceased.
ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the Petition
o~ MARGARET CHRISTNER WILSON as Executrix of the Estate of Lyle C.
Wi~son, deceased and the Court having determined that it is in the
best interest of the estate that certain real property of the.estate
be sold because it had not been specifically devised, was undesirable
to the Legatees, was non-productive, was causing an annual loss to
the Estate and was not suitable for ultimate distribution to the
Trustee of either of the trusts created under the Will of said
decedent and that the sale should be for the sum 54,500.00 subject
to a 109~ real estate commission and the usual closing expenses, all
in accordance with a contract dated September 11, 1967,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED thdt~the.sale and conveyance for 54,500.00
[ by P~IARGARET CHRISTNER WILSON as ExeCUtrix of the Estate of Lyle C,
Wilson, deceased to Bert E.~McCqnriell and Doris J. McConnell, his
wife of the real property hereinafter described be and the same
hereby is ratified and confirmed, said real property being located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and known and distinguished as: -
Lot 41 in Block 7 as shown on Plat No. 2, BEAU
RIVAGE, recorded in Plat Book No. 11 on page 25,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with any riparian rights thereunto
appertaining and belonging, SUBJECT to any res-
trictions, reservations and limitations of
record, and 1967 taxes.
~ AND ALSO all right, title and interest in and
~ , to the South Half of Lot 41A, Block 7 as shown
~ on said plat No. 2, BEAU RIVAGE. SUBJECT TO
and excepting the rights of the public in and ^
to the canals as shown and dedicated by said
recorded plat. ,
