BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ROBERT F. McROBERTS, JR., who, being first duly
sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is over the age of twenty-one (21) years.
2. That he is an Attorney at Law, maintaining offices
in Stuart, Martin County, Florida, since the year 1958.
3. That he is the preparer of that certain warranty deed
from Anzac of Florida, Inc. , a Florida corporation, to Edward C.
Zielinski and Margaret A. Zielinski, his wife, appearing on O. R.
Book 177, page 2875, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and
also that certain mortgage deed between the same parties appearing in
O. R. Book 1??, page 2876, St. Lucie County, Florida public records.
4. That both of the aforesaid documents erroneously referred

i to the land as being located in Township 36, St. Lucie County, Florida,

; whereas in truth and in fact said lands are located in Township 35, St. Lucie
E
~ County, Florida.

5. That the error described in the preceding paragraph is a
scrivener's error.
6. That tv correct said error, a corrective warranty deed
~ covering the property as correctly described is being recorded simultaneously
~ '
~ herewith. In regard the afore-described mortgage, the correction has been

~ made on ~he same document and said mortgage, as corrected, is likewise
~
~ being recorded simultaneously herewith.
