Commencing at the SW corner of the St. Lucie Club property

40 East, said point being at the intersection of the South ~
Section line of said Section 28 and the East right-of-way
line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence run North-
westerly along said East line of FEC Ry. 559.9 feet to point
of beginning; thence continue Northwesterly along the East
right of way line of FEC Ry. 84 feet to a point; thence
North 89 deg. 50 min. East 1027.53 feet, more or less, to ~
the indian-River; thence Southeasterly along the Indian
River (approximately 79.2 feet) to a paint; thence South
