This INDENTURE made this ~ day of ~ 1969, between '

Adrian 8urns, Widower, General Delivery, Bledsoe, Harlan County, Ken-
tucky, Party of the First Part, and Cawad Smith of Harlan, Harlan County,
v
Kentucky, Party of the Second Part:
WITNESSETH; That the said Party of the Firat Part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, to him in
hand paid, by the said Party of the Second Part, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold the the said Party
of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
"Lot 5, Block 4, in Surfside Harbor Subdivision as per
plat on file in Plat Book 10, Page 68, of the public se~o~s
of St. Lucie County, Florida. "
- TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belongin~.~~r in anywise appertaining.

~ AND, the Party of the First Part hereby covenants with said Party
