TO HAVB AND TO HULD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining forever;
subject, however, to the following restrictions:
1. Said lands shall l~e used for erosion control, hurricane
protection, and public park purposes only.
2. No structures except erosion control and hurricane pro-
tection ones shall be constructed or permitted Easterly of the above
described line.
3. If an erosion control plan approved by the U. S. Corps ~
of Engineers is not undertaken and work begun within one ~1) year, this {
