1. The mortaaQee shall join in tlye piatting of a portion
of, or of all of. the real property encur~bered by the
mortgage, from time to time, aa called upon to do
so by th,e mortQagor; and ahall execute such 3oinder
aad consent to dedication of such roads, streets, alleys,
and other righte-of-way for public road and street
purposes and other purposea incideatal thereto, as
may be required to eaable recordatioa of said plat.
2. The mortQagee shall execute such instruments as
may be aecassary and ae ca11eQ for by the mortgagor,
from time to time, #or the creation o# any aecessary
drai.nage aad uti2ity easementa over aad upon the
encumbered reat property to subor~inate its interest
in such easements.
3. Upon th~e reque st of the mort~agor, the mor~gagee
agrees to joia the mortga~or in atny application or
petition to vacate aay road right-of-way as may be '
required for auch purpose, t~a expeases of which are
to be borne by th~e mortQagor.
Mortgages further agrees to join if nscessary in any applicatioas
filed by the mortgagor with th~e municipality of Fort Pierce of
the Couaty of St. Lucie, for a change of zoning.
