the fee owner of Westglen, a 5ubdivis:~on in Saint Lucie
County. Florida, according to the plat thereof filed
January 14t 1969, and recorded in Plat Book 14, page 51~
of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida,
~ the maker of the certain Declaration of Restrictions
dated March 11, 1969, and recorded under date of March 13,
1969, in Official Record Book 176, page 493, St. Lucie
County, Florida, as follow~:
. Lots 1 through 4J~ both inclusive of Westglen,
a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 14, page 51,
~ Public Records o~ St. Lucie County~ Florida.
AHD Y~HEREAS, the Florida Bank.at Fort Pierce, Florida,
~ a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida.
has agreed to make a mortgage loan to Westglen and to
Ro~ert E. Rose and Mary Rose, his wife, which is to be
secured by a first mortgage on lots 1, 8-33, S-7, 34-36,
~ and lot 40, and;
; W~EREAS, t,iestglen, the undersigned, in order to induce
' the making of the mortgage loan with the Florida Bank at
