BLANCAE Y~ ELDRED, the unremarried spouse and sole heir at law of
William S. Eldred, deceased, of Virden, Illinois; HARRIOT W~ ELDRED,
the unremarried spouse and life beneficiary imder the residuary clause of
the Last Will and Testament of John J. Eldred, deceased, of Carrollton,
Illinois; and MARY E. HARLAND (fornaerly Mary W. Eldred), the re-
mainder beneficiary under the residuary clause of the Last Will and Testa-
ment of John J. Eldred, deceased, joined by her husband, Foster Harland,
of Olympia Fields, Illinois, hereinafter called the grantors, to MARY E.
HARLAND, whose postoffice address is 20329 Ithaca Road, Olympia Fields,
Illinois - 60461; hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,_ rele~e, convey
and confirna unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
