~~recovery, resulting from any breach of the warranties and covenants'

~jcontained in this Agreement or in the supplementary agreements per-~
!jtaining to this matter or from any suit or proceedings of any kind '

E ~~against WRS or brought by WRS by virtue of the execution of this '

t Agreement, or from any suit or proceeding ,that H'RS may deem neces- '

~ ~;sary or advisable to institute for any reason whatsoever to protect'
;`the rights of WRS hereunder, including reasonable attorney's fees, `
i~costs and expenses incurred by WRS, all of which shall be a charge ~

to SPC .
14. In order to induce WRS to enfer into this Agreement ;
..and to extend the credits contained herein, SPC covenants, warrants

~~and represents to ~RS that David B. Putnam is owner of fifty (50$)
~ : per cent of SPC; that he is a resident of Fort Pierce, Florida; ;
~ `~that he has a net worth of ~3,027.247.00 as of October 31, 1967; '

3~that David B. Putnam will execute simultaneously with the execution .
