Dear Mr. and birs . Broun:
This is to advise you that this date I have made demand upon ~
Southeastern Pictures Corporation for the full payment of the
balance to WRS Motion Picture Laboratory of ~80,923.75 in accordance ~
with the terms of Lhe Agreement between IVarren R. Smith, Inc., trad-
ing as WRS Motion Picture Laboratory,and Southeastern Pictures
Corporation dated April 15, 1968. A copy of my demand upon South-
eastern Pictures Corporation is artached hereto. This letter ~
contains the fu11 notice and justification for the demand.
You guaranteed "...to WRS that SPC shall promptly and fu11y
pay any and a11 indebtedness which may exist under the said Agree-
ment between WRS and SPC..." by written Guaranty dated Apri1~15,
1968. In accordance with the terms of this Guaranty Agreement,
I hereby demand payment from you of the said indebtedness of
Southeastern Pictures Corporation in the amount of $80,923.7S
immediately and forthwith. -
