license or otherwise dispose of the said movie or any ~
part thereof. •
~(h). That SPC shall release the said movie "The
Wild Wild World of Jayne Mansfield" for theatrical dis-' ~
- tribution on or before May 15, 1968. SPC may, however,
. ' release said movie at an earlier date in its sole disc e
- tion. ~ ~
. (i). That SPC, as of August 31, 1967, has a net
worth of $16,098.14 and that each and every item shown o
the balance sheet and other attached documents included
within "Southeastern Pictures Corporation Statement of '
- Condition as of August 31, 1967", attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A", are true and correct. ~
2. (a). SPC agrees to pay WRS for all.laboratory work ~
i . performed in connection with the movie "The Wi1d Wild

~ World of Jayne Mansfield" in accordance with WRS' sched-, '
~ .
~ ule of charges attached hereto and marked Exhibit "B"..

`iNRS agrees to perform all the services neEessa=y to pro- :
~ duce a finished A/print and fifty (54) R/Prints, a Color ~
_ Interpositive, a color dupe Negative, cans, reels and
. cases. WRS may at its option produce an additivnal fift ~

~ (50) R/prints . WRS' laboratory charges shall be due an~
~ payable as follows: WRS shall receive seventy-five (75~

per cent of a11 SPC's income from the said movie•until
