, 3. In consideration of the various covenants,
~agreements and promises contained in this Agreement, SPC does hereb
~sell, assign, transfer and set over unto WRS two (2$~ per cent
+of their right, title and interest in and to the said movie

per cent interest shall not vest in enjoyment until after SPC _
