~~such accounting periods, SPC shall hold as trustee any funds which ;

4. In addition to any other rights which WRS may have
~~either under this Agreement or under the laws of the various states,
~~and as security for the payments provided for herein, SPC does ~
~hereby assign to WRS one hundred per cent of its right, title and
~interest of any kind or nature in and to the movie "The Wild Wild
:'World of Jayne Mansfield", as well as all income, revenue and com- ~
'pensation derived therefrom, together with all physical properties ;
~~thereof, and all rights and things of value pertaining thereto.

;tSPC agrees to execute and deliver to WRS, security agreements,
, .
:~financing statements, assignments of income, assignments of copy-
i:
~write, and any other documents which WRS may from time to time
l~request to secure WRS for the payment of all sums due and payable
`~hereunder. SPC shall promptly furnish to WRS talent releases for a~l .
~
~ ~~talent who appear in the movie "The Wild Wild World of Jayne Mans- '
~
~ ~field". •

Without limiting the foregoing, and in addition thereto, ,

i~SPC hereby irrevocably makes, constitutes and appoints WRS or any }

;;of its officers or designees; its true and lawful attorney in fact,~

~~to collect, demand, receive and sue for any and all income from the~

i~exhibition, distribution, or other disposition of the saYd movie
;."The Wild Wild World of Jayne Dlansfield" and ta itself, distribute :

`or arrange for the distribution of the said movie, or dispose of ~

.'any of the rights of SPC to the said movie on any term, to recover
'•any unpaid balance of any sums due hereunder. SPC hereby ratifies ,
