the said East 330 feet of the South 1000 feet;
thence run South 78 degrees 19 minutes West a
distance of 543.5 feet mors or less to the West
line of said Government Lot 2, thence run North
462.1 feet to point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right~ title interest
and estate, dower and right to doaer, reversion, remainder
and easements thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
