sum of $10.00 and OVC, larrf~il money of the United States, to them in
hand paid by WILLIAIK BOYD and ARVILA BOYD, his Mife, xhose addresa is
206 Osceola Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
r~?hereof is hereby acknoxledged, have granted, bargained, aold, assigned,
transferred and set over, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said parties of the second
part, a certain contract and/or agreement for deed, bearing date the
19th day of December, 1966, as follows: Agreement f~r Deed from PAUL

Said Agreement for Deed being recorded in O.R. Book 162, page 29$,

First parties herein assign all rights and obligations and second
parties hereby assume all debts and obligations existing under aforesaid
