the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Maltby F. Watkins and
Gene H. Watkins, his wife

in the public reaords of St. Lucie Couny, Florida, in O.R. Book 24 on Pa9e s
488-489 , securing the payment of the sum of gighteen Thousand Five Hundred and NO/100--------
