RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY
KNOW AI~L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
l~y St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and /or ditch is subject to a mortqaqe
held by the undersigned; and, .
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of
the premises anc~ one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The West 5 feet of the following described parcel:
The South 150 feet of the North 105b.85 feet,
