9. To further secure unto the a~ortgagee the
pay~eat of the aforesaid note and the perfor~ance by '
the ~ort~agor of ali of his pro~ises and covenants
herein ~ade~ the wortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and set over unto the nortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arisiag froa said property Mith full porer and right
unto the wortgs~ee to rece~ve and collect the sa~e;
provided, however, that so long as the uortgagor shall
faithfully ~~ep and perfor~ each and every of his
promises and covsnants set forth in said note and set
forth in ~11 other portions of this aortgage and suffer
no defauit in connection therexith~ the ~ortgagee shall
al1oW the ~ortgagor to collect and receive the sa~e.
