7. No animals~ livestock or poultry of any kind shall be ~
raised, bred or kept on any tot. except that dogs~ cats
or other domestic household pets may be kept~ pro~ided
that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any com-
mercial purpose.
8. No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground
for rubbish. Trash~ garbage, or other waste shall not
be kept, except in sanitary containers. No lot on which
improvements have been constructed or erected shall be
allo~ed to become or remain overgrown~and/or unsightly.

9. No hedge or shrub planting whi~h obstructs sight lines ~
at elevations bet~r•een two (2•) and six (6') feet above
the roadways shall be placed oF permitted to remain on
any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the
street property lines antj a line connecting them at points
twenty-five (25') feet From the intcrsection of the street
lines, or in the case of a rounded property corner from
the intersection o£ the street property lines exten3ed.

i within ten (10*) feet from the intersection of a street
