In addition to the foregoing~ GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATLON~ its successors or assigns shall have the right whenever there shall have been built on any lot~ any struc- ture which is in violation of these covenants~ to enter upon the property whzre such violation exists and summarily abate ~ or remove the same at the expense of the owner; and abate- ment or removal sha~l not be deemed a trespass. ~he failure ~ to enforce any right, reservation, restriction or con3ition contained in this Declaration oF Restrictions, how~ver long continued, shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to do so thereafter as to the sa?;.e breach or as to a breach oc- curing prior or subsequent thereto and shall not bar or affect its enforcement. 16.
