and between C. V. HASA, hereinafter called "Lessor", and
CARROLL DODG$ and W. B. WHIDDON, jointly and severally,
hereinafter called "Lessee";
WITNFSS$TH, that said Lessor does, by these presents,
lease and let unto the said Lessee those certain premises
more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, C. A. KILLSR SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof in Plat Boak 3 at page 16
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
and the follawing described personal property located on the
above premises :

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises and personalty above
described unto sale Lessee from July 7, 1969 for a term of
a

~ thirty-three (33) months, said Lessee agrees to pay unto said

- Lessor, his heirs, successors and assigns the following rental:

~ One Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($150.00)
~ per month payable in advance plus State sales

~ tax levied on said rental; at the beginning of
a the term, July 7, 1969, Lessee shall deposit
