THIS INDENTURE, made this day of ,
1969, between ARTHUR RUBIN, Executor of the Estate of ETHEL FREEDMAN,
deceased, party of the first part, and WILLIAM F. MILLER, party of
the second part,
WITNESSETA: T'hat said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable .
consideration to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ~
acknowledged, has granted, bdrgained, sold and transferred and by ~
these presents does grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the said
WILLIAM F. MILLER, all the ~nterest the Estate of ETHEL FREEDMAN,
Deceased, has in that certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described
as follows:

furnishings in both apartments.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
I appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
