clerk of the County Court of Roane County, West Virqinia and as
such have custody and control of all matters affecting estates.
probate matters and settlement of estates and that the records
of this office disclose that G. F. Hedges, Jr., Spencer, West
Virginia was duly appointed as executor of the estate of F. F.
McIntosh, Jr., on September 20, 1958 and that he continualZy
acted as such until April 27, 1964 when he made final settlement
of said estate and was discharged and released as said executor.
