THIS INDENTURE made this ~ day of May, A. D. 1969,
between KICLITER OIL CO. , INC. , a Florida corporation, party of the
first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valnable con-
siderations to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt

whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and by i
these presents does grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second

part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right-of-way j

over, upon and across the following described land, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~

The South 5 feet of Lot M of INDIAN RIVER MEMORIAL {
PARK as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page
36 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
AND

The South 5 feet of that part of Lot 9 of Block 1 lying
East of North Second Street in Dittmar's Addition to
Edgartown according to the plat thereof recorded in

~ This easement is made for the purpose of giving and granting to
~ the party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a perpetual easement in and to said lands for the installation and
maintenance of a municipal storm sewer or drain.

successors and assigns forever,
