Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
JOHN N. CROUSE, well known to me, who first being duly sworn, and
cautioned~ did depose and say as follows:
l. Your Affiant and his deceased Mife, FAY CROUSE, were
the former owners in fee simple of the following describ~d property~
lying andbeing situate in St. Lucie County, Florida~ to-Nit:
Lot 6, of Block 1~ of INDIAN HILLS ESTATES
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 10, at Page 32 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse~ FAY CROUSE, Deceased~
acquired title to said property by deed recorded in O.R. Book 14 at
page 592 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida. Your
Affiant and said spouse were married to each other prior to the date
~ of said deed, July 22~ 1961, and remained married to each other
~ continuously until the time of her death which occured per death l
certificate attached hereto. ~
