incinerating and air-conditioning eaufpment and tixtures, and all
replacementa thereof and additions thereto, whether or not the eame
are or shall be attached to such land, buildinge or structures in
any manner;
TOGETHER with any and all awards nQw or hereafter made Yor the
taking of the ~i'roperty mortgaged hereby, or any part thereoY (in-
cluding any easement), by the exerciae of the power of eminent do-
main, including any award for change of grade of any street or other
roadway, which awards are hereby assigned to the Mortgagee and are
deemed a part of the property mortgaged hereby, and the Mortgagee ia
hereby authorized to collect and receive the proceeda of such awarde,
to give~proper receipts and acquittances therefor, and to apply the
same toward the payment of the indebtedness secured by thia Mortgage,
notwithstanding the fact that the ~..^~Qunt owing thereon may not then
be due and payable; and the Mortgagor hereb~r agrees, upon requeat, .

struments sufficient for the purpose of assigning each auch award to
